TekPiks ("the Service") is a tool operated by an individual creator/small business that lets the account owner connect their own YouTube channel and publish video content they provide, using the YouTube Data API v3.
The Service is intended for use by its owner to manage and publish their own content to their own YouTube channel. By connecting a YouTube channel, you authorize TekPiks to upload video content you supply on your behalf, using the permissions you grant during Google's own authorization screen. You may revoke this access at any time from Google Account → Security → Third-party apps with account access.
You are solely responsible for the content you upload and publish through the Service. All published content must comply with the YouTube Community Guidelines, the YouTube Terms of Service, and applicable law.
The Service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. TekPiks is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
These terms may be updated from time to time; continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
